Numbers you can run your business on.

Sales, marketing and finance figures usually live in different systems, so every report starts with exports and copying between spreadsheets. I bring that data together in one reliable place, then build the dashboards and reports that show how the business is really doing.

What you get

  • Every figure in one place

Data from your shop, accounts, CRM and ads brought together, so everyone works from the same numbers.

  • Reports that update themselves

Dashboards refresh automatically, so nobody rebuilds the same spreadsheet every week.

  • Numbers you can trust

Checks run every time the data updates, and each key figure is defined once and written down.

  • Built around your questions

Reports that answer the decisions you make, not every number you could track.

What's included

  • Reviewing your data and current reports
  • Pipelines from your existing tools
  • A data warehouse in your name
  • Data checks and agreed definitions
  • Dashboards and business intelligence
  • Analysis for specific questions
  • Monitoring and improvements

How a data project runs

We start with the questions you need answered, not the tools. I'll look at where your data lives today, how your reports are put together and which figures the business relies on most.

I then connect the first sources to a warehouse, agree how each key figure is calculated and build the first dashboard around them. You check the numbers against what you already know before anyone relies on them.

From there, we add sources and reports in small steps. Once it's running, I monitor the pipelines and keep them working as your tools change, on a support plan or by the hour.

The warehouse and dashboards sit in accounts in your name, and access is limited to the people who need it.

What it costs

Every project gets a fixed quote before any work starts. For a typical price now, answer a few quick questions.

  1. 1.

    Understand the job

I review what you have and what you need, then recommend a clear way forward.

  2. 2.

    Agree the plan

A fixed quote or a monthly plan, with everything agreed in writing.

  3. 3.

    Build and test

You review progress on a private preview. Nothing goes live until it's tested.

  4. 4.

    Look after it

Updates, backups and monitoring once it's live, with a short report every month.

Questions

Do I need a data warehouse?

Not always. If your reports come from one or two systems, a dashboard connected straight to them may be enough. A warehouse earns its place once you're combining several sources or need history your tools don't keep. I'll recommend one and explain why.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. I connect to the systems you already run, like your shop, accounts and CRM, and build reports in the tool your team already uses. If you don't have one yet, I'll recommend one.
