Questions
How do the developer hours in a plan work?
They cover fixes and small changes, like a new page, a form or an integration. Your monthly report shows the time used, and unused hours roll over for up to three months before they expire.
Can you take over a site or app someone else built?
In most cases, yes. I review it first to see how it's built and what condition it's in, then tell you what needs fixing and what it would cost.
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No. I can look after your site where it's hosted now. If your current host is slow or unreliable, I'll recommend a move and handle it for you.
What happens if my site is hacked?
Contact me straight away and say so at the top of your message. I'll get the site back online, clean it up and fix the weakness that let the attacker in.
Will I own what you build?
Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, the code, designs and content are yours, and accounts such as your domain and hosting are in your name.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I help agencies with overflow work, technical builds and looking after their clients' sites.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. I'm based in Warwick and work with clients across the UK and Europe. Almost everything happens remotely, so where you are makes no difference to how we work.
